On behalf of Te 'E'a o Te Turama, and the committee of Heiva i Hawai'i, it is stated that all payments will be non-refundable. Once application and fees are submitted, payments are final, and there will be no refunds. If you choose to withdraw from the competition for any reason, no refund will be issued.
