Vendor Information

  • Vendor spaces are limited and will be approved on a first come first serve basis.
  • All vendors need to list what they will be selling. 
  • No two vendors can sell the same food items.

Requirements

  • All vendors must submit an application by the deadline.
  • All vendors must submit a copy of GE tax license with application.
  • All vendors must submit a Parks & Rec Vendor Permit form.

  • All vendors must submit a photo of logo or branding with a small business description.
  • All vendors must submit an item for donation. (Ex. Item, Piece of clothing, Gift Certificate, Food Ticket, etc)

*If you do not submit a photo of your Vendors logo, and a description of your business only your Vendor name will be advertised.

In addition to above, Food Vendors must:

  • Submit a Department of Health Permit.
  • Bring a physical copy of Department of Health Permit to display at their booth during Heiva.

Fees & Payments

$100 Daily Heiva Fee 
$30 Daily Parks & Rec Fee 

Payment Options:

  • Cash before the deadline, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Money Orders and/or Cashier's Check

REFUND POLICY

On behalf of Te 'E'a o Te Turama, and the committee of Heiva i Hawai'i, it is stated that all payments will be non-refundable. Once application and fees are submitted, payments are final, and there will be no refunds. If you choose to withdraw being a vendor for any reason, no refund will be issued.
