Requirements
- All vendors must submit an application by the deadline.
- All vendors must submit a copy of GE tax license with application.
- All vendors must submit a Parks & Rec Vendor Permit form.

- All vendors must submit a photo of logo or branding with a small business description.
- All vendors must submit an item for donation. (Ex. Item, Piece of clothing, Gift Certificate, Food Ticket, etc)
*If you do not submit a photo of your Vendors logo, and a description of your business only your Vendor name will be advertised.
In addition to above, Food Vendors must:
- Submit a Department of Health Permit.
- Bring a physical copy of Department of Health Permit to display at their booth during Heiva.
