Vendors will be approved on a first come first serve basis. All vendors need to list what they will be selling. No two vendors can sell the same item.
Daily Heiva Fee $100
Daily Parks & Rec Fee $35
Please complete APPLICATION BEFORE making any payments. Once application is received you will be contacted directly by email with confirmation to proceed with payment.
- All vendors must submit an application by the deadline.
- All vendors must submit a copy of GE tax license with application.
- Food vendors must submit a Department of Health Permit with application.
- Food vendors must also bring a physical copy of Department of Health Permit to display at their booth during Heiva.
All applications and payments will be due on January 15, 2024. There will be absolutely no exceptions.
